All sales are finals.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product or need assistance in choosing your products. 

ästhetik skincare does not offer refunds or exchanges  on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to info@asthetikspa.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.
